Following your free Health MOT, you will be given a full report of the health outcomes. We can use these results to track your progress against a bespoke set of fitness and lifestyle goals.
Future Health MOT”s can be booked at a cost of £5. We recommend you attend a Health MOT every 3 months to make sure that you’re still getting the maximum benefit from Nuffield Health. It also helps you to monitor the effectiveness of your exercise regime and reassess your goals.
During this 60-minute session one of our Wellbeing Advisors will work with you to build a programme of exercises and activities to help you achieve your specific individual goals (e.g. weight loss, muscle gain, sports specific, rehabilitation). This session is invaluable for all fitness levels, whether you are a novice looking to shape-up or an athlete training to compete in your next race. These programmes are designed specifically around the needs of each individual. On completion of this appointment, you will be provided with a personalised gym programme card to keep a track of each workout. Your Wellbeing Advisor will contact you on a monthly basis to discuss any areas with which you would like assistance, to discuss your progress, arrange re-programme sessions and help you continue to reach your goals.
Sometimes we all need that extra encouragement; support; advice; or motivation. Whether you’ve just started out on your fitness journey, or you’re aiming to complete a sporting challenge our REPS certified personal trainers will use their expertise to help you achieve your goals and become fitter, faster.
Our personal trainers are there to educate and ensure you remain focused on your fitness goals. They will work with you on a one-to-one basis. This means you will build a great working relationship with your personal trainer and working out will be a fun and very rewarding experience!
